Question Links to tools/software that UH provide to us

Could UH provide us with a list of URLs where we could get 3? types of information: Documentation, Support and (give) Feedback/Requests about the tools we use at UH. Obvious examples: Control Panel (www.ensim.com ?), Forum software ( vBB ?), SquirrelMail, each of the power tools etc..

I am thinking of this in terms of a table with the above as headings and the various tools as rows. If all we had for now was a Sticky Thread which had the 'prime' URLs for the tools that would be a good start. If it could be a simple link in the Knowledge base that would perhaps be even better!?

The reason for the request is that I have now learned (experience of UH) that there are several things that UH are not in a reasonable position to do / provide. Obvious examples are changes that basically need Ensim to make them. Rather than an ad-hoc approach a list would allow users to avoid cluttering the forums with requests for info'/changes/etc. if they know how & when they can go directly to the 'owners' of the tool.

------------------ end of request - UH can stop reading here! ----------------
The (frustrating) example that has made me post this is the Forum Software itself! Because the forums are sometimes used to impart important information from UH I want to be able to do a search for 'all items since xxxxx' WITHOUT having to add keywords or User names to search. 'Yesterday' would be the typical time-period but on return from a vacation it may be one of the other Search options.

You may suggest clicking on 'New Posts' but that is not only unreliable but if I am part way through a list of new posts and I need to do something which disrupts my browser - re-boot my Windoze systems for instance then I can never get back to that list.

If anyone has a solution to this last problem then RSVP to this post as I am sure there are other people who are equally frustrated. Thanks in advance.
