Note to self: Never quit browser whilst typing a reply

I like it. I'm one for clear simple layouts! Perhaps you could do with filling the space out a bit more on the contact page? The form looks very squashed to the left. I would also make the "Work Request" box bigger as you will very quickly not be able to see what you have typed.

For example (dashes represent boxes):

Don't seem to be able to use tabs but hopefully you get what I mean.
