Some corrections to Adam's useful information:
#1 How many FTP accounts can be made, and how many transfers are possible at any one time (most hosts have a maximum of 2)?
The number of "users" is shown next to each package. So bronze would be 50 mailboxes and or FTP accounts for example. Yes 2 simultanious logins per site.
#2 What's the advantage of buying a .co.uk domain from you (for £15) when other websites offer them for just £5 (can I buy a seperate domain name and add the name servers to get it to work)?
Yes can buy your .co.uk wherever you would like for the best price, and still host it with us by changing the nameservers accordingly.
#3 Is there any 1 year contract, or a minimum contract, or is it possible to opt-out an any time?
No contract at all. You can cancel anytime.
#4 I see there are unlimited subdomains, but how main domain names are allowed?
1 domain per hosting package, or you can buy multiple domain hosting upgrades, or reseller accounts for more domains.
