We are currently working on our off-site backup servers to upgrade the software to a new version.

The new version we are installing is the version which will give you direct access to our offsite backups via control panel and your normal login details for a site.

We will be completing the upgrade over the next 2-3 days and producing documentation, we will then provide the documentation to you so you can begin to use the offsite backups yourselves as and when required rather than having to contact support to get files out of our off-site backups.

As a result if you do need backups in the next 2-3 days support may be slower than normal to supply those to you, due to the software upgrades which are ongoing during this period.
