| Not sure how long it will take you guys to hit that 20,000. I am absolutely certain though, that it will only be a stepping stone to much more than that once word of your level of service hits a wider audience.
Just joined you and typically, I needed support at 9.21 last night so sent an email. Being used to a certain level of service I then logged off, expecting a response at anytime within the next few days.
When I checked the mail this am I see that I had a response (both by the creation of a ticket and by email) at 9.46 last night with a resolution to my problem - 25 mins, that's faultless!!!
20.000 - sooner rather than later I'd say... |
