| What's the suffix of your domain? If it is a .com, then you might be able to wait for it to expire and just pounce on it by registering it with a reputable domain company. Of course this depends upon how important the site is to you, and whether you can wait that long, also assumes that it isn't a really sought-after domain that's likely to be hijacked!
