I agree, the billing system has been a long time coming but I can assure you it’s not been a dead project, we have been working very hard to develop a bespoke system while testing all the off the shelf packages. With our business structure it's not just a case of picking up a copy of modernbill and away you go, it’s taken a lot of time but we feel we have now found a partner that can help us make this work. We're confident most of our customers will see the benefits when it launches.
The roadmap was really an internal document for our staff but we felt that our customers may also appreciate to see what our current plans are for the short/medium term. Going by the feedback we've been receiving regarding the roadmap the majority (possibly excluding you) are happy with our plans and are looking forward to benefiting from them.
