I am not sure where you have heard of a UH billing solution, but no there is nothing on the horizon. We do web hosting very well and stick to that, we prefer to point resellers in the direction of software written by other great companies - WHMCS is one we do highly recommend you to use.

Enom provide an API so its upto you to integrate that to your WHMCS support site, and then your clients use that to register domains through you, this does not at any time go via any UH control panel. All your billing/support/domain registration should be done via your WHMCS support site. Only hosting related settings and account setup are done via the UH control panel.

You will be able to automate everything you could want via your WHMCS, except hosting account setup/edit/delete, these things are done via your control panel we provide. So you can get as automated as you would want to be - we would never recommend auto account creation due to the abuse/fraud it tends to receive.

If you ever upgrade to a dedicated server then this would include possibility of automating account creation if required as I believe WHMCS does have an Ensim control panel module..
