Just to add- WHMCS works great, but with Ensim you have to use the Cron Piping Method via the POP account for importing support tickets:
Email Piping - WHMCS Documentation. WHCMS supports true email piping only for cPanel. Account creation etc is done manually. Note sure how keen WHMCS are to provide an Ensim module - maybe time to start pestering them?
