Occasionaly (about once every two days when i notice it), all my websites go down on my reseller account (can't access them for a short period)...and usually it's nationwide (since I ask people on msn if it's working for them and it's not).

What causes this...i'm sure it's not UH's fault (since they have 99.9999999999999999% uptime)...but could it be the people I buy the domain name off (although some of my domain names are bought from UH, and they don't work either) ? What else could cause it?
