LOL - Nice one Tony, thanks for posting. I reckon I gotta get myself out to Texas sometime and try some of this stuff. Dont get too many hot Chiles here in Stroud but I do like the occasional Vindaloo... Enjoy eating them but allways suffer badly the following day...
