My site configuration file reads Spam Filtering Disabled
dns zone reads
Mail Exchanger (MX) mf3.spamfiltering.com

the site has two email accounts redirected to the owners privet email account
the accounts dont receive the daily digest,
I am wondering is the mail being filtered by MailFoundry

As long as the only MX record present for the site is mf3.spamfiltering.com then email is almost certainly being filtered. The "Spam Filtering Disabled" item in the control panel is relating to the old spamassassin system so its normal for it to read disabled. If you want us to investigate further please open a support ticket. Thanks.

Can you tell me do user accounts with the email redirected to privet email accounts receive the daily digest ?. I have not seen any for these email accounts.

If they are having spam filtered out, then yes they will receive a digest.

If no spam was filtered during that day, then no digest is sent.
