does anyone else experience timeouts etc

usually when i am in the middle of editing my site and upload using dreamweaver i sometimes get timeouts. this affects my whole site and sometimes i cant access any of the site even browsing through firefox!

occasionally it happens just browsing the site in general. Its not just my pc because some friends have commented on the problem.
