Just a big Thanks to the Support boys

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I couldnt find anything more relevant.

To cut a long story short I had multiple issues creating a NB site and well they all got resolved in a real quick manner, im serious I deal with support companies and contractors on a daily basis and none are a patch on the support you get from United tbh.

I dealt with 3 peeps to get my sh*t sorted out and so I want to say a big thanks for your fast response and resolution to Anoop,Murali and last but not least Matt.


Special thanks to Matt for actually looking at an installer for me, which lets be honest isnt exactly supported by United I mean they could have said well we provide hosting...you sort out your script problems.

Anyway Im gonna stop here cos my tongue tastes funny, but seriously thanks lads !

You went above and beyond

Hehe no probs Matt, its a deserved thanks seeing as you took the time to help me.

btw I'm really curious to know what I did wrong would you mind letting me know what you used to get past "that" screen ?

Was it the prefix ?

I would reply to the ticket asking the question, as I believe the final reply was from Murali and not myself regarding the installer screen.
