Can sombody tell me why our server and united hostings website is down? Its 09.51 and we are losing sales.

As per usual sorted in a matter of minutes! Top marks. crap happens sometimes, even to the best of us. It good to be with a company who get things resolved damn quick.

We are still liasing with our upstream providers to se exactly what happened here (it seems a number of our routing and peerings went down) so there could still be a couple of bumps as routes re-converge and providers come back online.

Service was fully restored within minutes and we will update the announcement thread with any further information as necessary.
