Can some one tell me the correct naming conventions for emails names i can use on the UH servers...

i currently have some alises setup in a domain and they all work except one that has a "-" in the name... the full name is marie-clairew@domain.com

can this be used or should i drop the "-"

"-" are fine in email addresses as are "." and then A-Z and 0-9.

If something is not working for you please contact the helpdesk with the specifics so we can check that account/alias for you and see why it is not working as expected for you.
