Spamfiltering

Hello,

I have noticed that messages with Japanese caracters in the subject, or copies of Japanese pages included in the message are often disliked by Spamfiltering.
Most of the time it is OK, but sometimes Spamfilter retaining some messages.
Would it be possible to teach Spamfilter a few email addresses from which noting should be filtered?

The spam filter does not filter based on senders email addresses, it is purely based on the actual content of the emails.

If emails are being incorrectly filtered then use the "Release and Report" option in your daily digest, if the issue continues then please locate the "Rule ID" in the header of the email being incorrectly considered as spam, and open a helpdesk ticket with this information so we can check the MailFoundry rules. If you need assistance finding the header or Rule ID then please also use the helpdesk.

Incorrectly filtered messages are rare and very account specific, so either way please report to our helpdesk via a ticket so we can assist you specifically.

Thank you,
