I have set an email alias 'out_of_office' in my control panel with my 'info@' as user/email address as I am going on holiday and want to let people know I am not simply ignoring them.

I then created an auto responder using 'out_of_office' as the alias. I then sent a test email from another account. 10 minutes have past and I have still not received the responder email?

Is there something I am missing?

You just need to login to the USER control panel (www.domain.com/user) and set the vacation responder there. Let us know how you get on. Thanks.

Hi Simon, thanks for the quick reply.

I have just followed instructions as above. I then sent emails to my 'info@' email address from 2 separate email addresses but still I have had no responder sent back to either of them?
