| need a directory deleted
I need the directory "phpcoin" deleted from my website.
I have sent in three tickets concerning this issue and and have received no reply pertaining to this matter.
uh6622 was submitted on the 26th/27th of march and I got a reply on the 27th, but it only had an answer to one of the problems I listed (you didn't do anything about the phpcoin directory I asked to be deleted in the ticket) and the other ticket (uh6880) was submitted yesturday with still no reply. I also know I submitted a ticket for the directory to be deleted right after the viking migration problems were fixed and that one misteriously dissapeared with no reply. I can't have the ticket number though.
Did you guys get the ticket I just submitted or is it another one that doesn't get replied to and just dissapears? I've had 3 that have done this. |
