Connecting to my control panel I get...

Safari: The certificate for this website was signed by an unknown certifying authority. You might be connecting to a website that is pretending to be “spirit.unitedhosting.co.uk” which could put your confidential information at risk. Would you like to connect to the website anyway?

Explorer: The identity certificate name is not correct.

Is this something obvious, or should I raise a ticket?

Thats normal, to get rid of it youd have to buy an ssl cert for your domain

Don't think you'd get rid of it even then. When connecting to the Control Panel you're connecting to a link on the server, and not to the domain. A dedicated server and full ssl might do it though! Rhea
