The customer support forum is available for you to post any general support questions and topics to. It will then benefit the whole UnitedHosting community as others are bound to be interested in similar topics.

Its well worth searching the forums first (link at top) to see if someone has already addressed your topic.

This forums is NOT for posting support issues specific to your account such as:
- Logins not working
- Site down
- Email issues
- Performance issues
- Anything else specific to you, your account or your login.

Individual account issues such as the above need to be submitted to our helpdesk, where official support staff can assist you with your problem.

Please do not post "my site is down" threads. These will be removed. If your site is down then you will need to use the helpdesk to seek proper assistance.

Server down? Dont panic! The chances are if a server really is down then we are already aware of it and are working to resolve the problem. Submit a ticket to the helpdesk and we can keep you informed.
