One of our newest members of the team, Colin, has recently starting add lots of new tutorials to the support site. We're slowing reviewing the old ones, and adding new useful ones as we go... Is there any specific tutorials you would like to see? What do you want to learn to do next with your hosting account? What are you unsure about?

We'd appreciate any feedback on anything Colin can add that might make your life easier or hosting experience more valuable :)

Thank you..

We've hit a problem. Redshop stores the shopping cart in a cookie. Each line of cart takes up about 1.5K.
However their hosting has a max cookie size of less than 6K.
So if you have more that 4 items in the cart the system falls over, messily.

Can UH offer a bigger cookie size?
And if so how much?
