Hi,

One of the sites I work on is unfortunately hosted on a dedicated server from UK2 - we have been having loads of problems with their support and I want to get them moved to UH, the only problem is that they have paid in advance until november and we dont know how to escape the contract early and get a refund.

Has anyone had experience with moving away from UK2 hosting? Any advice you can offer to get us away and a refund for our unused months?

Ask to escalate the issue with them. I know a few of the senior management and the owner of UK2 and they seem like reasonable people
