| It appears we have one or multiple disks in the RAID array which have failed, technicians are working on the server as we speak but if no progress is made on the current RAID array in the next 20-30 minutes we will replace the disks and recover from a CDP backup.

| Unfortunately, due to the level of corruption on the array we have had to proceed with the restore of the entire server from backups. We will update this ticket once the restore is complete an normal service resumed. Thank you for your patience.

| The restore of the server is continuing. We have our CDP software vendors working on the server to try and work out why this is taking so long to complete. We are doing everything we can to get the server back online as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

| The restore is still ongoing. We are doing everything we can to speed this up but rest assured, once the restore completes we will be getting our software vendor to re-run this scenario on a test box to find out where the problem with performance is occurring and resolve this once and for all going forward. | The server is now back with us.
Expect it to be slow for a little while as our MailFoundrys deliver any queued emails for the next 20-30 minutes.
Obviously we will be doing a full examination of both the old drives and any logs from prior to the failure, as well as working with r1soft technicians to see exactly why this restore took so long - the good news is that everyone is now back online and services are as normal.
We will send all hercules based resellers a detailed email as well as details of our service credit we will be providing.
