Vulcan server outtage

We have had a couple of intermittant outtages on our VULCAN server today due to two sites using excessive resources and raising the load to unacceptable levels where services become unresponsive.

We have now identified these sites and are working to ensure the server remains stable moving forward.

We always make it our top priority to manage shared server environments as best we can and ensure our servers are the fastest in the industry, but occasionally some sites can become too popular for shared hosting and cause issues for the others sharing the server.

We are currently experiencing a return of the earlier issue with Vulcan. Our techs are actively working on the problem and hope to resume normal service shortly. Thank you for your patience.

While the server has remained reasonably stable since our last update we feel it would best to swap the hardware for Vulcan over. We will proceeding with this tonight and will post again when complete. Thank you.
