Due to some sluggish performance on our Vulcan server, which we believe is being caused by the version of kernel it runs, we are rebooting this server in a few minutes time to a different kernel version.

Apologies that we must do this during the UK Day but we feel 2-3 minutes of downtime is better than potentially slow performance for the rest of the day.
