- Resolve MX record bug in control panel (working with Parallels to address)
- Upgrade to new release of control panel (incorporating above bugfix)
- New Knowledgebase and Tutorials area with improved documentation and FAQ
- Celebrate 10 years of business!

2009 Q1:

- Customer Survey to see what YOU want us to include in our '09 roadmap
- Launch of some exciting new features, products and value added services
- Several upgrades to existing infrastructure and servers
- Upgrade to MySQL5 from MySQL4 (plan/announce)
