I am pleased to announce a new team member, Jon!

Jon will be working on new products and innovation for UH and is already heading up some important and exciting new services, as well as some changes to existing services that we will be sharing with you all very soon.

You may also bump into Jon answering your tickets as he keeps 1 eye firmly on our helpdesk in order to understand recurring issues and trends, in order to actively address and mitigate those things.

Jon is working from our US location and is an exciting addition to the team.
