| Happy Christmas (and Christmas service notes) Hello
We would like to wish all our customers past and present a very happy christmas, and thank you for your continued business this year, we look forward to a successful 2010 helping you and your websites grow.
Customer support will continue on a 24x7 basis throughout the holiday period, but we do ask that between 23rd December and 4th January any absolutely-non-urgent support requests are kept to a minimum. Support requirements are generally a lot lower over this period anyway, so some of our team will be taking well earned leave until the new year.
We have provisioned a "stock" of new server hardware which we hope will last us for new orders until the new year, as we will not be provisioning new hardware between 21st december and 4th January, so when our dedicated server stock is gone, it's gone. We recommend anyone considering ordering/upgrading to a managed dedicated tries to complete those orders by friday of this week to avoid disappointment (or having to potentially wait until the new year).
Again, thank you for your business this year, we hope you all manage to take some time out over the festive period ready for a fantastic 2010!
