Christmas and New Year
To all our customers
We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
As always support will be available 24x7 over the festive period (via our helpdesk and live chat), monitoring services and assisting with any urgent support matters, but in line with standard industry good practice we will be implementing a change freeze over the ‘end of year’ Xmas/New Year period. New server provisions, server migrations and any other non-critical support work will not be scheduled during the freeze.
The change freeze will come into effect at on 00.01 Friday 23rd December 2016, and will be lifted at 09:00 on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. Both the run up to, and the end of the change freeze are normally a busy period, so if you require any change work in the next week or two please request it now.
Due to reduced staffing levels over this quieter period we would appreciate your patience with any non-urgent sales and support requests.
