Question Advice about suitability of Starter Reseller

Hi

I am a web designer with 17 domains registered at the moment, this number is likely to increase slowly. I am learning PHP / Mysql and use Dreamweaver for my design work. Until recently clients have required only informational brochure style sites. However, I now have clients asking for small ecommerce sites (2 so far) and I am looking at the best way to do this.

Currently I pay Easily for hosting for all of these separately, which is proving very expensive. I have read good reviews of UnitedHosting, consequently I am considering the Starter Reseller package at £23 per month. Would this be my best option? I need Mysql databases for some sites, POP email or WebMail accounts for clients and obviously hosting space and bandwidth. Would you give some support with setting up ecommerce sites.

I dont feel that I have the experience or skills (yet<G>) for a dedicated server, but reseller seems like a good option.

Thanks in anticipation ...

the short answer is probably YES, the starter account would offer all you need as described in you post ie inof si.tes, ecommerce, pop3 mail, webmail (uses more webspace though), and could easily be upgraded anytime. power tools from the ensim control penal would allow you or clients to install osCommerce (one of the most popular open source ecommerce solutions) by a click of button, altho may not be the most up to date version. oscommerce could also be installed manually in a mwtter of munites if you know it.

Yes, as pursuit has already commented, our reseller accounts would appear to meet your needs. If you want to run the very latest oscommerce version its a very easy task to install manually, we can advise you via. a support ticket once your account is setup.

Thanks.

Actually we can even give you a basic install of OSCommerce manually if you submit a helpdesk request asking us to do so on a site you have added under your reseller account.
