New OSC Site nearly ready

I currently have a Frames based website using Google Checkout Buttons hosted with Freeola.

I have built an Oscommerce RC2a site which I have running under a Local host on my PC. I have just discovered that Freeola cannot offer the security required by Oscommerce and I would not even be able to load my database into the one on their server.

So I am very interested in your hosting but a few questions

I have 3 Domains, 2 of which point at the 3rd. Am I right in thinking that if you hosted them the charge would be £3 per month?

Would it be easier to move them to yourselves after the new site is up and running?

Could I still point 2 to 1 as now so I have a constant URL for SSL purposes

Is the Comodo SSL Certificate Shared i.e. will just my Domain appear in the HTTPS URL?

Thats all for now, but I think there might be more

Martin

If all your domains point to the same single site then you do not need the £3 multi domain option, included in the basic hosting fee you can point as many domains as you like to the one main website for no extra cost. So domain3.com and domain2.co.uk could be pointed to the site on domain1.net for no extra.

You can move them before or after, it really depends how best it would work for yourself.

For the included free shared SSL your secure address would be something like:

https://vulcan.unitedhosting.co.uk/yourdomain.com/

Let us know if you have any other questions,

Thank you for your prompt reply, very impressive

Re the SSL, if I take the £49 per year option then would it then be https://www.yourdomain.com

If I transfer all three of my domains to you:

1. Will they be due for renewal when they currently expire or do I have to pay a renewal fee now

2. Do you support Non Framed web forwarding.

Re your Comodo Instant SSL Certificate (£49 per year) does it satisfy these requirements from Worldpay
"Protocol: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0 or Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0
Ciphers: Encryption key length equal or greater than 128 bits"
