Hi,
I already have 2 domain names registered elsewhere. If I take a reseller account with you, do I also have to buy extra static IP addresses with UH so that I can point those domains to my hosting space on UH?

No if you signup for a reseller account you will be allocated a pair of IP addresses with nameservers setup at no extra cost. So if your domain is named yourdomain.com you will receive ip addresses (in the same subnet) corresponding to ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com. You would then change the nameservers for the domains you host on your reseller account to those addresses.
You will only really ever need to buy static IP addresses to go with SSL certificates.

Just remembered..unless yourdomain.com is registered with UH you will also need to inform the domain registrar of the IP addresses for your nameservers so they can add them to their own nameservers. All other domains you just specify ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com for the nameservers.
