We always pass our feedback on where required.
I believe a lot of these things are likely fixed in Kayako, but due to some heavy customisation we are a little way off the latest stable release of the software.
We have a scheduled upgrade of the helpdesk for AUGUST, so I would expect to see most of these suggestions filled in a few weeks time.
Once we have completed the upgrade (which will be announced as it will require an hour or so of helpdesk downtime) then I will revisit this thread to see if its fixed those points
