Recent Server Downtime well handled

Hi Matt, Simon (etc)

Just wanted to say thanks for the way you have been handling the recent server downtime issues.

I have my site externally monitored (so I get an email if it goes down) which is always a surprise because until recently it pretty much never happened on UH! When I get such an email I log on to these forums and you've already posted an update to say what the issue is.

Very grateful for your reliability record, the level of communication when there is an issue and the speed with which you resolve issues.

Thanks for the kind comments. It's been a frustrating time for us seeing these outages but we feel the issues are very nearly resolved and then we can all relax again

This is what I like about UH, especially the level of communication and keeping customers informed. I don't know that many other hosts who do that so a big thumbs from me also.
