Are there any plans for more guides? Ie. I just setup a bunch of emails and now my client needs to set them up, which means I have to guide them through it - an online doc would be much more useful.

For example, Media temple have a ton of guides, they also have this great little tool that when you add an email account you can specify an existing email account to send the login and setup details to that will guide them through - sooo easy!

The user also gets their own login panel so change password etc, one less job for me!

Yes, as part of our new customer portal we will be adding many new guides/tutorials to the knowledgebase over time.
