i wonder if anyone has any idea about what these two sites are about (i personally dont and normally are not a fan):

1. The Traffic Secret - #1 Free Credit Based SafeList Advertising

2. Business Resource and Marketing Tool Solutions

amazingly, UH forum added the description to the two URLs maybe UH has an idea about what they are??
I originally repeated the URLs as description, but after i hit the post quick reply button, they were all replaced automatically by this forum scripts.

There is an option in the advanced post:-

Automatically retrieve titles from external links

You can uncheck this if you just wish the link to show as a link - found this out the other night when I was posting the links to my site from the quick post...

Regards both the sites, they both look very much like online marketeer/affiliate type sites. Havent looked into them in any detail but they have the appearance of the kind of site that makes money when you sign up and then sell the product on to someone else..... Wouldnt bother looking further myself...

Thanks Rich. I must admit I dont expect any forum would have such a 'clever' bit, and I dont look around for this type of clever tricks when coming to any forum. I made the similar mistake on osc forum a while ago when all a sudden it changed its way of displaying msgs and I got irritated until a fellow forum member pointed out I could tell it to show the way I was used to - a setting in the option.
yes, back to the topic. I agree i too not bother about it. it was someone (a member of one the site) asked me if i could help to do the links ( i haven't actually logged in to it as yet ), I find it hard to tell someone not to do something if s/he believes in it and have not come to me for advice but for doing it for them.
