im just wondering if anyone has a copy of terms and conditions that they use with customers for website design that i could amen and use?

just need something basic which obviously states aswell that any material that they provide (photos etc) that any copyright violations goes back to them and not to me.

I got a basic non-selling copyright/terms and conditions one from HERE, but a quick search on Google will reveal more I bet.
