Webmasters be warned: there is now a company/site called click[no space]evolution dot com that generates a lot of fake traffic that can consume 100 (yes ONE HUNDRED) times more bandwidth than normal (as seen in one of my sites that got hit). if you look at the access log, you will find what it does is simply hit your home page many many time but does nothing more. it will do this every day if you dont stop it.
so, take a look at your awstat to see if youve already got hit. if you are lucky enough that you havent, then time to ban its IP before its too late, unless, well, you wnat some feel good factor that your site is 'busy'
