| New Customer : Reseller Just introducing myself as a new customer
I just signed up with a custom reseller account, basically to hold all those domains I bought and never used (yet) heh. I'll probably have some noobie type Reseller questions so it would be nice to hear from other UH-Resellers.
I chose UH not because they were the cheapest (they weren't), but because you have a nice clean site and positive feedback around the web. Also because you are in the UK I was hoping for some nice support during my first few weeks trying to understand the reseller CP :P
My first host was Netweaver (I think I was their second customer), they were good, but I think they don't get so much good feedback these days, not sure what happened to them. I have a site hosted with Ghoulnet now, they have great uptime, but are not really keeping up with things, i.e. their control panel and site are "dated" - but they have never posed me any problems.
I am looking forward to my hosting with UH, hopefully these forums will be buzzing soon.

| Re:New Customer : Reseller Welcome aboard.
Im not sure too many resellers will respond because they mainly like to remain transparent, but there are a few lurkers on this forum who might speak up

| Re:New Customer : Reseller I have been a regular customer but now I just purchased a reseller account (just now so it's not yet been processed) so I am a reseller newbie as well! As far as staying transparent, BAH! I'll still be on this forum. lotsa good people. I just won't post my domains, LOL!
I am pressing into hosting for future game developers on www.3dgamestudio.com mainly. Whew what a project for a newbie eh! hehe.

| Re:New Customer : Reseller Cool, nice to meet you DW, we can compare notes.
My main drive is also PC gaming, but the fan sites I run are for games using 3DSMax. |

Yeh great game - from what I read, all I play is Ghost Recon heh. Ghost Recon is more your realism sort of deal - the community is serious about the realism aspect, fanatical infact. |

| Re:New Customer : Reseller Matt, I envy you. I have played WAY too many games online when I could've been doing something usefull! lol.
My whole interest in 3D Game Studio is that I purchased it but was never real good at it and didn't have the patients so I figure, why not do something I love and get into web developement? So I figure I will try my hand at web design for a few future game developers. BTW, most of them use 3D max, 3D studio max or milkshape 3D for their modeles and environments.
I am still saving to buy Macromedia flash software, about $600, give or take a few bucks. That way I can create intros for those game developers who have the desire to show a lag monster flash movie! (if it is authorized by UH of course, hehe).
The worst of creating sites with gamers in mind, is to find people to submit their reviews on games and such.

No need to get authorisation for things like this - its your bandwidth.
