Unhappy Server Busy Errors?

I am new to UH hosting and developing my site online. Site is not yet open to public and I am frequently getting server busy errors

I have already opened TT for this, but just wondering if any one else is facing such issues or it is just me

I think its just you, what message are you actually getting?

UH leave space on the servers so that they should never be overloaded.

Did you submit a support ticket i guess this is probably specific to your account else there would be more people here complaining.

You don't connect to the Internet using ntl: by any chance do you?

What's ntl
For net I am using 512K broadband connection and 32MB Dedicated line at office. Even on 32MB internet link I have faced server busy errors. Also sometime it takes ages to load the page and then it will go for server busy error.

are you sure ur not connecting through a proxy or somthing? sounds like the timeout settings are really low on the proxy server or somthing internal.

No! as I said earlier, I am using a normal broadband connection at home there is no proxy and this is the only site which is having issues so i do not think its a connection issue in any way

I cant think of any error our servers provide which would contain the word "busy" im suspecting its not a server level issue. Contacting support with the exact error and where/how you create it will allow us to better assist you.

What happens when you tracert the domain? maybe you can see some delays/timeout somewhere, or post the domain so we can have a look from another location and see if there is any issues?
