Question Can I get my domain back?

A while ago I registered a domain with 1&1 (before I came to UH), and when I came to UH I returned it to the registrar (or so I thought) using 1&1 as it was a dead project.

However, I see on the whois that the domain is still registered to me, albeit with no nameserver records and no apparent registrar (fair enough). Is there an easy way I can recover it and get it live again on my enom account? The project could well be reborn...

Whois Record

xxxxxxx

Registrant type:

Renewal date: 03-Apr-2007

WHOIS lookup made at 02:52:00 24-Jan-2007

[edit]Sorry, I forgot to add, it's a .co.uk[/edit]

contact nominet and pay them to re-tag this domain to a registrar, I think it costs £15 or £25 quid - www.nominet.org.uk

Ok thanks Matt, I'll do that. Is there anything I need to do with enom to register it - I don't really want to buy the domain twice unless I have to.

Enom likely wont charge you for the transfer in. Speak to nominet to get the domain ready to be transferred to the ENOM tag and then speak to enom about the transfer in and see what all the costs are.
