HI,

I am no expert in design but I love the Pod website. Looks great.

The other site I know is not quite finished, but personally I think the text needs a bit more contrast, not easy to read against the coloured background. Other than that, looking good.

Cheers,
Rich

Many thanks for your comments.
I've been speaking to the client regarding the colours of the fonts as it is something which I think we will need to change for sure. I think we'll end up going with a dark brown for all of the text which would make things look alot better.

Love it, wish I'd done it myself. My only criticism is that when the menu switches to the "you are on this page" background there's quite a noticable delay. I would image it's because you're using javascript, you should have no trouble converting it to CSS as well.

Thanks Tyger. Yep, you are correct about using javascript (+dhtml) for the menu's. We've gotten a bit better at working more indepth with css and the client's site review is due in a month or so, where we'll make updates and revisions to the site in order to refresh it. Converting the site structure to purely css is going to the #1 priority.

Nice, like the pod site although the font/size etc looks a bit 'default'? Perhaps increase the line spacing or something? Nice and clear though.

I found that the other site had a problem in IE6. The flash content was bumped down and off the screen. Probably the usual 'box model' problem...
