It's not a great start when you have an annoying flash intro screen to get past before you can get to the main site. You really need to get rid of that.

A triumph of style over substance.

The entry page is totally unecessary. The flash gizmo with highly annoying sound on every page is a PITA.

Have you really written thousands of web sites?

Is your site really at position 1 in google for any worthwhile search phrase?

Treat your potential clients with contempt and they will do the same to you.

the flash page heading doesn't need to run on every page. Use shared Objects to set a flag to say that it has run so that it only runs the first time it displays. On subsequent pages it should go straight to the final loop.

Why would anyone have trouble getting to information? There is no page hierarchy, it's always one click to each page. The links are right there in the header.

I'm afraid I must agree with percepts, your site seems obviously dishonest.

It's just a bought template isn't it? It says "Help Center" in the bar in the middle. Might want to get that fixed up for your British audience.
