Billing / Support system

Ok,

Ive posted this before at some point, but we have taken a few large steps and are now in a position to do some live beta testing.

We need 5-10 of you to use our new billing and support system for a few weeks until we are confident to go live across the whole customer base.

This basically has a web based ticket desk where you can open / close and view support tickets aswell as a new email system (you email support and it captures the email into a ticket). It also has billing so you can check when your next payment is due, print off invoices etc..

If 5-10 people cost post there accounts domain name on this thread, we will contact you in a few days when you can start using the new system for us.

I should add at this point that billing wont change, its purely an invoicing and tracking system. So you might recieve nasty emails telling you that you owe us cash when you dont - just while we fine tune it of course

Ok, thanks guys.

Just having a re-think on the system right now. I currently have 4 different management systems installed and we cannot decide which is best for us.
