What is it you're trying to demonstrate with the graphic?

Personally, I'm finding that when the little bubbles meet each other, there's too much time before they continue on their journey. Wouldn't it be clearer to just have the one bubble bouncing backwards and forwards? Obviously this depends on what you're trying to show.

there is only one bubble hehe. it looks like there is two cause its the reflection from the side of the computer.

im trying to show that data traffic is traveling backwards and forwards between machines.

This graphic is more appropriate for use as a decorative element, rather than a logo...
Logos are the key element of 'branding' and are typically a symbol and a name (for use on-screen and in-print).

There are some good 'Web 2.0' (hate that term) examples here:

Have you had a go at making the graphic in Flash?
You could give the connecting line and bubble a 'glow'.

well i didnt want to fall into the average joe catergory of create an image and slap the company inside the image. I wanted to have it seperate. and its more of meaning than a logo i suppose.

and yes it was done in flash. image done in 3d max animated in max and polished off in flash as I couldnt get max to repeat the animation so i used flash to do this for me.
