I'm wondering if anyone can help me.

What im looking for is a simple ad management system.

A website i am currently working on is split into 8 different mini websites for different products and for each product a banner is at the top of the page for 5 companies to buy. (Ad brings up 1 of the 5 banners when the page is loaded)

What i would like the system to do is allow me to upload the banner for the company and allow me to tag it to one of the products so that when the page loads it knows it can select one of the banenrs in the system which has a tag for that product.

I've looked around a little bit but they all seem incorporate CPC etc and I dont need that within the system.

Does anybody know where i can get a simple script to do this or any other suggestion?

You're not going to get a "simple" script to do what you want. However there is Open Ads, which is an Open Source complete banner ad management system which is very good indeed.
