I have a client that wants a new site that allows the following:

Registered Users Can add new adverts to the site, which will take payment at the end depending on the type of advertising.
So they go through the process of entering in the information to a form and upload some images, then go to pay at the end. Then the information is sent to a administrator whom confirms it and it appears on the site. And then the advert disappears after a set period of time.

I have been using joomla alot and like it, but was wondering if anyone has done something like this and whether they have used something like joomla for the main engine and used any other components. Otherwise, have you used another engine with bolts ons to do something similar.

I use openads at the moment but I am thinking of changing as this lets advertisers sign up, create ads, pay etc
