Premature end of script headers: php-script

Hi everyone

I got this error after changing the 'Unsecure base url' back to the default in Magento. I subsequently changed it back to what it was before via phpmyadmin but am still left with a 'Premature end of script headers: php-script' error and a 500 Internal server error when you try to browse the site.

I logged a support call at just gone 5pm today but unusually haven't received a reply yet!

The full entry is:
[Sun Jun 22 19:14:43 2008] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] php-script: line 8: 12601 Segmentation fault /usr/bin/php-cgi
[Sun Jun 22 19:14:43 2008] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] Premature end of script headers: php-script
Anyone have any ideas?

Seg faults are something I normally associate with (infinite) loops, are you sure you restored it back to exactly the same as before?
Support don't really deal with software problems, theres too much software available for them to be experts in all of it! Can you submit this query to the Magento forums, its likely someone else has already come across this problem before.

I am amazed the UH team didn't tell me to go forth when I asked them for help on a script. It was kind of a last ditch attempt for help.

Luckily my problem is resolved now. Apparently the problem was with {{unsecure_base_url}} and {{secure_base_url}} which was getting into an infinite loop and instead of just saying this, php just crashed.
