I operate a closed majordomo mailing list (i.e. members only authorised to post).

It works fine for most members, but just a few find that their posts are rejected as a non-member, despite the address used being identical to the address that they are subscribed to the list with.

I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and knew how to fix it?

Some, if not all, are Outlook users - would this make any difference?
